DO I GET TO CHOOSE MY CHALLENGE MENTOR?
You’ll be assigned a challenge mentor to guide you through your 8 week journey. If you have a preference, just send an email to admin@fitbyellie.com during the sign-up process to communicate your preference.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE APP FOR?
Enjoy 8 weeks of full app access, with exclusive opportunities to continue your journey post challenge.
CAN I CHOOSE THE NUMBER OF TRAINING DAYS?
Yes! You will be allocated a 5 day home or gym training program, but don’t hesitate to have a discussion with your allocated challenge mentor and adjust this according to your lifestyle and goals.
