IS THIS THE SAME AS THE LIVE FIT BY ELLIE CHALLENGES?
No. While these programs use the exact same successful frameworks and structures from our past challenges, these are 100% self-guided digital products. There is no 1:1 coaching, weekly check-ins, or community support included. You execute the program entirely at your own pace within the FBE APP (you receive access for 6 months from checkout date).
WHAT HAPPENS EXACTLY AFTER I PURCHASE?
Immediately after your purchase, you will receive a form to your email. This form tells us which program and specific pathway you need (for example, whether you want the 'Shred' or 'Build' track). Once you submit that form, our system will immediately send the correct access to the FBE App (access lasts 6 months from purchase).
DOES THIS INCLUDE BOTH MEALS AND WORKOUTS?
Yes! Both programs include a full meal plan system with multiple variations, structured training blocks (two 4-week blocks for Summer Shred, or two 5-week blocks for Mission 2026), plus specific step targets and cardio guidance aligned to your goal.
CAN I CHOOSE BETWEEN LOSING FAT OR BUILDING MUSCLE?
Yes! Both programs give you the choice between a "Fat Loss" (Shred) or "Build" pathway.
Whether you select Mission 2026 or 1800 BUILD A BUTT—our 10-week glute-focused transformation challenge featuring structured, progressive, glute-dominant programming designed to change your lower body properly—you will be able to select the track that best aligns with your goals.

CAN I CHECKOUT AND START AT A LATER DATE?
Yes. Once you purchase, you choose when you begin — there's no fixed start date and no cohort to wait for. Complete your onboarding form on the confirmation page, get your access, and start whenever you're ready.
One thing to be aware of: your 6 months of app access runs from your checkout date, not from the day you start training. If you buy now and start in two months, you'll have four months of access remaining to work through your program. An 8 or 10-week program still fits comfortably, but it's worth factoring in if you're planning to wait a while.
Also keep in mind our self-guided programs aren't on sale year-round — they're released in limited windows. If a program is available and you want it, purchasing now secures it even if you're not ready to start today.
