This challenge is designed to set you up physically and mentally for your strongest year yet. You choose your mission. Ellie builds the framework and guides you the entire way.
BUILD
Designed for girls who want to gain strength, build muscle, improve shape, and train with intent. Nutrition supports performance, recovery, and muscle growth while staying balanced and sustainable.

SHRED
Designed for girls who want to lose body fat, tighten up, and feel confident heading into 2026. Nutrition is structured, effective, and flexible enough to fit real life without burnout. You select your path at the start. Your training, nutrition, and check-ins are aligned to your goal.
