Welcome back to the blog!! Acai bowl have been my favourite for the past two years 🙂 I absolutely LOVE the ones from Jamba Juice, but when you are craving them pretty much everyday they can get a little bit pricey!
I personally use this acai powder, the whole packet is the price of the Jamba Juice Acai bowl 🤷🏼♀️ So it definitely is worth the price, and you can use for at least 15 bowls!
Acai powder is made of Acai berries that are rich in antioxidants, fiber, protein and healthy fats. Some of the benefits include regulating metabolism, supporting heart health, supporting digestive health and keeping you full for a longer period of time! Here it is, you don’t have any more excuses not to eat Acai bowls more often 🙂

- 2 tablespoons of acai powder
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 cup of frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 5-10 almonds
- 2 teaspoons of chia seeds
Mix together in a blender the Acai powder, fruits and almond milk. The texture should be thicker than a smoothie, if it is too thick add a little more water!
Then add your favourite toppings! You can choose any toppings like fresh fruits, nuts, coconut, granola, honey, …
