I am so excited because today is the first day of blogmas, yaaaaay! 🎉
What is blogmas? Until December 25th, I will be posting a Christmas and health/fitness related article every other day! That will include gift guides, healthy recipes, tips to stay healthy during the holiday season, …
If you know me you know that I absolutely love Christmas time, it’s my favorite time of the year and I can’t wait to take you with me 🙂
Soooo, without further due, here is my Fit Girl ultimate Christmas gift guide! Most of the things that are in this blog post are on my Christmas list or I already own some! Hope you enjoy and let me know in the comments below what you are buying for the fit girl in your life 🙂
PS: none of the links are sponsored, just my personal opinion!
Fitness & health trackers:
Fitbit Alta HR (149,95$ to 179,95$)
About a year and a half ago, for my birthday, I got a FitBit Alta. I really enjoy it because it motivated me to move around and get at least 10,000 steps a day! I love it so much that I got a FitBit for my boyfriend last year so we can have a healthy step challenge every week 🙂 I am thinking of upgrading my old Alta to this new one because it has way more features and they have a pink/rose gold option haha!
Body Fat scale (44,95$ on sale now for 39,95$)
This might sound like a weird Christmas gift (I agree) but this has been my new favorite tool to track my loss weight. It can be hard when you start a weight loss journey to realise that you are going to gain weight before actually losing it. You know why? Muscles weight more than fat so that is totally normal! But on this scale you can see when your muscle mass go up and your fat down 🙂
Wireless headphones (129,95$)
This was my first thing on my Christmas list! I am so tired or regular headphones, they get stuck when you workout, … I have tried this in store and I fell in love 🙂 They look so pretty and they are so much more convenient when you run or lift weight!
Yoga mat (54$)
As I said in a previous article, I started yoga a couple months ago and I had to invest in a (cute) new yoga mat. I have been using this one, I really like it, it easy to carry around (it comes with a strap) and it doesn’t slip when you sweat or do hot yoga!
Yoga mat cleaner (10,95$)
Foam roller (16,98$)
When you workout a lot, you know that your body is going to be pretty sore the next day. Foam rolling has so much benefits for soreness, improve blood flow and help your performances! Definitely a must get!
Workout clothes can get pretty expensive so for Christmas I always put them on my list 🙂 Here are 3 pieces that I will probably get and if you didn’t figure out yet, pink is my favorite color!
Athleta pink legging (89$)
I am not either small or tall (I’m 5’5) but I feel like regular length leggings are way too long, so I always go for the 7/8 ones. I bought the black ones a while back and they are my go to leggings, if I could were them everyday I definitely would! And I mean, look at this color 🙂
Pink sports bra (49$)
This bra’s back is very cute, the detailing is what made me want to add it to my Christmas list. My chest is pretty small and I feel like this sports bra will be the perfect support for my situation!
Long sleeve pink top (39,95$)
I own this sweater in three colors and I just found out they have a pink one! They are very cosy and soft, I use them either to workout or just around the house during the weekend! I love the fact that you can wear them both ways either V-neck or V-back!
I have been loving subscription box lately, they are so nice to open because you never know what is inside! And I thought that it would make an amazing Christmas gift idea 🙂 I personally received both and I love them!!
Yoga club subscription box (45$ to 79$)
I absolutely love workout clothes but they can get pretty expensive… I definitely don’t buy them every months so this box feels like Christmas every month! Different boxes are available which is super nice if you don’t want to spend too much money!
- 1 pair of yoga pants for 45$
- 2-piece outfit for 69$
- 3-piece outfit for 79$
They also have a “send gift” option on their website which is super nice for Christmas time! You save between 30 and 100+$ depending on the box you are getting. I love the fact that they have a little quiz you can take so they can find pieces that match your style!
Love with food snack subscription box (6 months plan for 107,04$ and free US shipping!)
This is my favorite subscription box that I ever got! Why? Because I love food, and I got better at experimenting different food! The snacks you receive are organic, all natural and most important delicious! You will get at least 15 new different snacks every month. And other plans are available go check them out on their website!
And the plus of this box? For each box you buy they donate 2 meals for hungry children!
Hope this little gift guide will help you find the perfect gift 🙂 Happy holidays 🎁
See you soon ❤️
