Chicken parmesan recipe

I am back with a new recipe today! I just tried it for dinner today, it was so good I had to shareย ๐Ÿ™‚

Ingredients:ย (For 4 servings)Chicken parmesan recipe

  • 1/2ย cup of dried Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp of pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 egg
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Marinara sauce
  • Grated mozarella


  • Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF. Spray a cookie sheet with avocado oil, as you will need it to cook the chicken breasts.
  • Mix together the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, pepper and salt.
  • In a bowl, beat the egg.
  • Put the chicken between two layers of plastic wrap or in a ziploc bag. With a mallet, gently pound the chicken breasts until about 1/4 of an inch thick. (If you don’t have a mallet, you can use a small saucepan ๐Ÿ™‚ )
  • Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture and then in the bread crumbs until fully covered. Place on the cookie sheet and bake for about 30 minutes.
  • Top each chicken breast with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese. And bake again for 5-7 more minutes.
  • Serve the chicken parmesan with green beans, pasta or a salad!
