Bikini Body Guide Week 3

BBG Week 3

Hello <3

So I just finished my thirdย week of the bbg workout, crazy, and I am going to share it with you guys! I have to admit that I was not as committed as I would want to this week and I feel really and about it. But you know what, tomorrow is Monday and the start of a new week! However, I am still pretty good with my diet and I try to eat as clean as I can.ย I absolutely LOVE baking and I made a ton of a cupcake last weekend so we had to eat them all ๐Ÿ™‚ No more cakes for me at least until Valentine’s day!! So here is a (very) quick review of my week!

Monday: Arms and Abs

Working out on my arms and abs is my favourite because I can see results super fast! The workouts keep being so challenging… I thought it would get easier by week 3 but, trust me, it is not ๐Ÿ™‚

Tuesday:ย 

It was not supposed to be a rest day but I ended up not doing any workout that day. Mostly because I was feeling, but I should’t use any excuses to not workout. My goal for the next weeks is at least to go on a big walk when I am not feeling amazing!

Wednesday:ย Legs

Woooow, this workout always kills me! Seriously, I had to lay down for like 20 minutes after so I could catch my breath! But I absolutely love the feeling when you are done with a very good workout ๐Ÿ™‚

Thursday: Full body stretching

After leg day on wednesday I was so sore, moving was so painful! I bought a couple weeks ago a foam roller (I wrote an article about it, click here), so I decided to use to release some pain. I have a love/hate relationship with my foam roller, it hurts so bad while you are using it but feels amazing after! It helped me a lot with my quads and glutes this week! I used Kayla Itsines full body stretching workout, I really love it ๐Ÿ™‚

Friday:ย Full body workout

This is the workout I am not looking forward to do, and I am always pushing it away haha! Also I was still sore from Thursday, but I sucked it up and went for it… and I was so excited to not have any resistance workouts for two ENTIRE days!!

Saturday: LISS

My boyfriend and I decided to goย to a gymnastics meet so we walked there instead of driving because the weather was pretty nice! Round trip we walked for probably an hour which is pretty good for a LISS workout!

Sunday: Rest

Sundays are my favourite days because it means pancake for breakfast, church, hanging out with friends and no workout!

I am going to complete more LISS sessions this week and no more cake! ๐Ÿ™‚
